Fast shipping. Great next time around I’m going to skip the order because I now have four bottles of shampoo and two full topical bottles

Customer service is second to none! Been using the products for a little over a year with a few pauses so the inconsistency has come from my side, but when I am consistent, my hair stops falling out and looks so much healthier. Still on my journey but I gotta say, 5 star customer service from John and the team. No blanket statements. They'll ask about your situation and your daily habits and give you an NAS based off of that.

Thank you so much! We’re glad you’ve seen great results when staying consistent — that’s the key. Really appreciate your kind words about our team. We’re here whenever you need us!

The Customer Care team, Kaliyah inparticular, went above and beyond in helping to resolve an issue, that really wasn't an issue...but the actions taken were to help make sure this customer of two years was a happy camper. The action was a kind gesture and was much appreciated.

Thank you for the kind words! We’re lucky to have Kaliyah on the team — she’ll be thrilled to hear this. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the past two years!

I've only been using the products for a week. When I first washed my hair and then tried to blow dry it I was frustrated because the shampoo seemed to leave a residue. However, I kept using the products and tools and found that by the 3rd wash I no longer had the residue. I will continue to use the system in hopes of great results.
Response from AdegenFeb 2, 2026
Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s totally normal to notice some residue early on — that’s usually your scalp adjusting as buildup is being cleared out. Glad to hear it resolved by your third wash. Stick with it — consistency is key, and we’re excited for you to see results over time!

I’ve been using the protocol for a little over three months (shampoo, shower brushes, microneedling roller and serum). At the 3 month mark I noticed significant growth above my temples. I really noticed the difference when I looked back on my before pictures. I’m definitely sticking with it and look forward to more growth everywhere. I have long, fine, curly hair so the shampoo is challenging for me with lots of tangling but I load up on conditioner while I’m waiting the 5 minutes and comb it out. I’m so grateful to have found this company. They’re very supportive and quick to respond with answers to my questions. Very friendly and helpful service!

Kelly, thank you for sharing this. Hearing that you saw clear growth around the three-month mark, especially when you compared your before photos, is exactly why we always recommend tracking progress that way. That temple regrowth is a great sign. We also appreciate you calling out the reality of long, fine, curly hair. You’ve clearly figured out a smart way to work the shampoo into your routine, and that kind of consistency really matters. Thanks for trusting the process and for the kind words about our team. We’re glad to be part of your journey. Hair loss is history, The Adegen Team

Appreciate the support, feedback and suggestions on potentially improving desired results. Had I cancelled without following up with the support team I would not have the newfound wisdom to move forward. Thank you
