Amazing customer service to be honest. I had a little bit of an issue finding something. Camella was very patient, friendly and demonstrated how to resolve the issue via video. Super helpful for a visual learner like me. The platform itself is incredibly useful and has made life a lot easier for me to share all of my events publicly.

Worked for me perfectly! Once in a while i organize an alumni meeting for my ex-colleagues and they are all pretty busy, so the easiest way to get them all together is to have them have my invite in their calendars. But we are a group of 250+ already, so inviting everyone one-by-one is not an option. I've waited long time for Google calendar to add this feature (URL with option to self-add to an event) but no luck. AddEvent made it easy and comofrtable - greate UX, i've spent 3 minutes to get it done without any previous experience. Great job, thanks!

AddEvent perfectly solves our problem of wanting to find the easiest possible way for our audience to add an event to their calendar. Covering every calendar type and reducing the friction to be able to add events has meant that more people have our events on their calendars, more people turn up and less people comment on having missed events. Their customer service team have been great and I was quite surprised at how quickly the implemented a feature I requested (maybe just lucky)

One of the best customer services that I have worked with pleasure. Has the issue solved just in hours and all the explanations of the process was sent clearly and with details. It has never been that easy to solve the issue.

AddEvent... it makes my list of "WWW" which symbolizes: Wouldn't Work Without I teach a course here at a university, and students in Zoom land are not visiting campus every day. As such, AddEvent is a simple and elegant way of updating everyone's calendar at the same time. Also, the ability to send an email with a "link to add to your calendar" to anyone streamlines workflow and saves us time. I highly recommend anyone who needs to keep calendars updated use AddEvent.
