I didn't like that it started giving…
I didn't like that it started giving you a poor performance review when you retook the practice exams too frequently. That was how I was preparing / practicing for the exam but was discouraging to see that the more you did the trial runs the worse your performance appeared. That made me feel less prepared and actually went and paid for a Kaplin course on my own the week prior to testing, but I was that frustrated.

Company is doing well, just need to maybe advance a little more time for people to have access to the study book and flash cards.

The Instructors were knowledgeable

Must plan your courses for several months to make it work
I could get the full 24 hours needed. Easy to log on, tech person to help, and hour credited fast to my state.
