In general it’s a good system, but from my point of view some improvements can help users: 1- The system showed problem (low performance) and I tried to contact via chat ,to understand what is happening but no answer, just via e-mail. 2- Before to execute the exam, the system could be provide some trials and tests simulation, to get a better preparation to do the test. 3- The chapter about Cybersecurity, in my opinion, is too dense, with some technical details that in my evaluation isn’t necessary to an agent.
