It's the most rudimentary course I've ever seen! I really wish I could have gone with the CE provider that I went with last year! Ad-banker, whatever their name is, unloads all the information and offers no downloadable study material... Expect you to read chapters upon chapters upon chapters with no knowledge checks or quizzing -just one scary two hour exam. With no study materials before taking the exam

Christine, we understand how helpful it can be to have study material you can download and reference outside of the course. A downloadable study manual is included with your course and can be found on the right-hand side of the course homepage under Health Combo with Ethics. When you select “View PDF Study Manual,” you should see the option to download and save the manual. If you’re unable to get the manual to open or download, please give our team a call so we can walk through it with you and make sure you’re able to access it.

Too Wordy, Confusing, and Slow
I used A.D. Banker to study for my Property and Casualty license, and overall, I was very disappointed. The material is way too wordy — often saying the same thing multiple times in the same paragraph/section, which just makes it harder to follow. Because of all the unnecessary repetition, the explanations aren’t clear and feel like they drag on forever. Clear and concise is key.
A good example is their coverage of Homeowners policies. One of their questions asked which residential dwelling is eligible for a Homeowners policy but didn’t specify which type — HO-2, HO-3, HO-4, etc. They made it sound like rental properties aren’t eligible at all, which is misleading because renters can get an HO-4 (renters insurance), which is part of the Homeowners policy forms. This information was literally on the slide right before the question. This caused confusion and frustration. The question should have been much clearer about what kind of Homeowner's policy it was referring to.
The questions overall aren’t specific enough and sometimes feel misleading or ambiguous. The course repeats a lot of the same content without cutting down or simplifying, making it way longer than it needs to be.
On top of that, the platform itself is slow and clunky. Navigating between lessons and quizzes can take forever, which makes studying even more frustrating.
I wouldn’t recommend A.D. Banker to anyone looking for clear, straightforward insurance exam prep.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback—it’s clear you put real effort into your review, and that’s incredibly valuable to us.
We understand your concern about the material feeling too wordy at times. Our goal is always to explain complex insurance concepts as thoroughly and accurately as possible, but we recognize that clarity and flow are just as important. Your input helps us strike that balance more effectively.
Your point about the Homeowners policy example is well taken. Sometimes, in trying to reinforce key ideas, we may unintentionally cause confusion by not specifying the form type. We appreciate you highlighting that nuance, and we’ll work with our content team to ensure our questions better reflect the context provided in surrounding slides.
As for the platform speed, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Our tech team regularly monitors performance, and feedback like yours helps us identify where things may need improvement.
We truly appreciate your insights—they help us refine both our content and our tools to better support learners like you.

I had class and things were moving…
I had class and things were moving good. they don't have enough resouces. Their policy of refund is Fraud, A Lie. I passed on second attempt with Kaplan study material. They supposed to refund on fail at first attempt but they deny with some nonsensical reason. I joined Kaplan and finally passed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We're glad to hear that your class began on a positive note, though we regret that it didn’t ultimately meet your expectations. Regarding your comments on our refund policy, we’d like to take a moment to clarify the guidelines, which are clearly communicated at the time of enrollment:
📘 Refund Policy Highlights
Online Products: Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of purchase, and students must have accessed no more than one chapter to remain eligible. Online products are deactivated once a refund is initiated.
Classes & Webinars: Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Missed sessions are billed, but students receive a six-month window to reschedule.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process.
Based on our records, your course access and the timing of your request didn’t meet these eligibility requirements. We understand this may be disappointing, and our goal is always to apply these policies fairly to everyone.
We also want to highlight that our curriculum team is available to support students who have questions or concerns about the material. In many cases, we can offer access to tutors or additional resources to help you succeed. We encourage students to reach out early so we can provide personalized support and make sure they get the most out of the course.
While we’re glad to hear you achieved your goal with another provider, we value your feedback and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Constant crashes and slow loading
Constant crashes and slow loading
Response from A.D. BankerJul 24, 2025
Thanks for bringing this to our attention—we know how disruptive technical issues can be when you’re trying to focus on your course.
Performance matters, and consistent crashes or slow loading are absolutely not the experience we want students to have. While many factors—like browser settings, internet connection, or device type—can impact speed and stability, your report helps us investigate whether there's something on our end that needs improvement.
If you're willing to share a few more details (like what device and browser you're using), we’d be happy to troubleshoot or pass it along to our tech team for review. In the meantime, we’ll look into recent reports and make sure the system is operating smoothly.
Thank you for your patience as we work to get things right.

The course feels old
The course feels old, out dated and not user friendly or intuitive to how I study and learn. I would not recommend it.
Response from A.D. BankerJul 23, 2025
Thanks for the honest feedback—we appreciate hearing what worked and what didn’t for you.
While all course material is reviewed and updated annually to ensure alignment with state licensing requirements, we understand that presentation and usability play a big role in how the learning experience feels. If the format or design didn’t suit your study style, that's important for us to know. We’re actively working to improve both how information is delivered and how intuitive the platform feels for different types of learners.
Thanks again for sharing your perspective—it helps us shape stronger, more accessible courses.

Buggy website lead to waste of money.
The website was very buggy back on April 16th. I was with a friend and my sister and we all signed up on the same computer together, for them it allowed them to get the most basic package but for me it forced me to buy a package for my life insurance class that included a study guide, flash cards, videos etc. this was obviously a much heftier price & the class I wanted was the next day with my friend and sister so I just bit the bullet and bought it. Mind you it was like 10PM so I couldn’t call for tech support. Now I can’t even use the study guide cause I found out it expires after 60 days. I don’t even know why it would expire, I paid my hard earned money & now I can’t even benefit from it. I just don’t think it’s fair at all and it wasn’t made clear to me that it expired in 60 days. I called and your rep was very rude even though I came with a very pleasant attitude. I think her name was Ginger if I remember correctly & she did not want to help me at all. I hope someone can make this right.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience—we understand it was frustrating, and we’d like to clarify a few key points.
It sounds like you were in a hurry to enroll for the next day’s class and purchased a package you may not have intended. While we recognize it was after hours, we always encourage students to wait until our support team is available before finalizing a purchase if something doesn’t look right. We’re here to help walk through any issues and ensure you choose the best fit.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions—which are agreed to upon enrollment—study tools like flashcards and guides are accessible for 60 days from the purchase date, with options to extend for a fee if needed. These expiration timelines are listed under our Course Access, Expiration, and Extension Policy, and are designed to reflect course pacing and licensing guidelines.
Additionally, our records indicate that we did not receive any contact from you about this concern until July, well beyond the access window, and at that time our representative simply explained the policy and offered the available extension options. If the interaction felt unhelpful or dismissive, that’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver—we appreciate respectful communication and work hard to offer consistent, policy-aligned support.
We know navigating licensing prep can be stressful, and our goal is always to be as transparent and supportive as possible. If there's anything else you'd like to share that might help us improve the process or communication, we’re open to hearing it.

Add More Visual elements
Just reading information and taking practice test and writing notes on index cards was not enough for me. It would be better if there where more videos to follow along with since I am I visual learner. I also felt there was an overload of information instead of only focusing on the more important topics, that really focus on the Florida life and health exam.
Response from A.D. BankerJul 22, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—it’s incredibly valuable.
We recognize that every student learns differently, and it’s clear that you thrive with more visual support. While our course offers a variety of formats including reading materials, practice tests, and study tools, your input about expanding the video content is important and will be passed along to our curriculum team for review.
Regarding the volume of material, our goal is to prepare students not only to pass the Florida Life and Health exam, but also to confidently handle real-world scenarios once licensed. That said, we understand that streamlining key exam topics could enhance the learning experience and reduce overwhelm—especially for first-time test takers.
Your insight helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate you advocating for a more tailored learning experience. We’re here to support you as you continue your path toward licensure, and we welcome any additional suggestions you have.

Too hard
Was able to extend the expiration date a couple of times which was perfect with my busy schedule.
