On boarding and instruction was non existent, had to call 4 times as it had frozen. 37 years as an agent and this was the worst of my CE experiences

Overall the courses were easy to understand. I think the pretests & exams were good practice. The state exam is nothing like them though. As long as you study the entire topics you should be good.
