Friemdly fast courteous

Check in was seamless. Receptionist was very pleasant. Toni was very knowledgeable. She explained everything very well. She kept it fun and has a great sense of humor. Upon leaving I knew what I had to do and what was expected of me.

I was very impressed the whole staff were awesome made my 1st experience a breeze. Great Experience!

They got me in at the appointment time. Chip, the technician was very helpful and attentive to me.

I contacted Adapt Health late in the afternoon on Friday and I wasn't expecting a technician to come out until Monday, however they were so prompt and efficient, they sent out a technician that evening I was so impressed , the technician Jess was so knowledge and friendly, she set up everything and went step by step on how to use the equipment, I really loved how nice she was and very patient and kind, I will recommend this company to anyone who needs medical equipment.
