Everyone was great from the day 5-19 on the 20th had went into the OR then ICU til the 21st gotten my room 6300 room 22 everyone was great and professional

Chris Dupree was very professional and delivering my chair. He called me ahead of time to let me know that he was in Keene in about 10 minutes away. He was there within 10 to 15 minutes with my new wheelchair. He helped to adjust the foot pedals if that’s what you call them. He also went out to his truck to see if he had any extensions to put on the brakes to help me to break easier because I’ve lost strength in my left hand. He did not, but he gave me his card and told me to call Adapt tomorrow and that I could get them ordered through my doctor. He was very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend Adapt health to friends and family. I look forward to a continued relationship as I’m sure there will be things that I will need in the future.

The service technician Anthony was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would refer Fletcher medical equipment to anybody.

I had a fast and professional check-in. I waited maybe five minutes in the waiting room. I went in the back and received my new CPAP machine. She answered all of my questions and very professional.
