Great friendly people they know what they're doing excellent service

Customer Service was friendly and efficient on my recent call. The delivery was also timely and the driver called ahead to assure I would be available.

What change my experience from terribly bad to awesome was the delivery gentleman by the name of Ramón Gonzalez. He went out of his way to communicate when he was on the way, deliver the item and adjusted to my 87 year old mother. What made it terrible was the person who called and did everything and succeeded to not bring the item that Friday. I was so upset that I couldn't continue to argue and further. I never refused, I was not out of town, and all the other lies he said to keep from delivering that Friday. My mother had to grab furniture Friday through this morning on Tuesday.

Being able to review all the nuances of the insurance contract, fitting, machine use she is truly an expert - a great experience all around. Having limited time to review given the sandwiching of appointments, had she not been working this position, every other appointment thereafter would have felt the delay created from those before mine. She goes the extra mile, including sacrificing her own time to make sure you have everything needed for success.

Rod was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything.
