Sweet representative and machine came in a timely manner

Had to get a cpap and couldn’t ask for a better person to teach how to use it. Kelly was wonderful and taught me the steps to use and was very personable. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the products. I was able to set up easily at home without question. Thank you.

I was having terrible troubles with my insurance to get coverage for new CPAP machine. The insurance company had the wrong information and would not okay a new one. We were sendingi nformation from my doctor, his nurse, everyone who could verify the correct info...to no avail. Finally Kaitlin Cutchins at Adapt started to work on it. She wouldn't give up! After over a year, thanks to Kaitlin, I got my new functioning CPAP machine. She is amazing!
