I was provided a very effective explanation of the proper use and care of my new CPAP machine. The AeroCare representative was friendly, professional, courteous and very well organized for our meeting. Our meeting was not rushed and our time together was used efficiently. The answers to all of my questions were presented clearly and easy to understand.

i am happy to describe my experience, to summarize, you hit the ball out of the park on the first pitch! I left the hosptial Monday (1 JUN). I needed a bipap at home to help my post op recovery. tHE BIPAP was/is VITAL TO MY RECOVERY. I did not have a bipap at home so the doctors ordered one thru you. And while we are waiting for you to deleiver the bibpap (which we understand takes some time), but I am very grateful that in the interim, YOU provided me with a stop gap measure (concentrated O2) to make my nights better. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with how the wheelchair worked. Asking if I had any questions or concerns before he left.
