When I went in there I met with Emily to get a new cpap machine. I have been using one for around 20 years. So I thought that I would be in and out in a couple of minutes. It was 1 hour. I got the newest model. So Emily went though everything about it, so I learned some about that. We watched a show and talked about the different things on there. I still learned more. When I first walked in Bonnie remembered me by name I have been in for supplies for a while. Emily was just great if I have any problems I won’t hesitate to call her.

The item I needed was delivered today and explained to me how to use it and charge it.

Michele Monte was empathetic and professional as usual. Walked me through the replacement of my Mask and explained how to use it properly and even had a trial fitting to make sure all was well. Michele is a credit to your company and you folks are lucky to have her working for you.
