CSS has been great. We worked with another nationwide supply company that was absolutely terrible so we were switched to Community Surgical Supply for trach and oxygen supplies and what a relief to have a reliable medical supplier for our very important needs here at home. Customer Service is top notch. Never have to wait on long hold times or deal with rude customer service agents like we did with awful Lincare. Supply orders are always correct and complete and they are right on the program if there is a new order to be filled. Andrew Valle and Steve Puzak are excellent technicians, always a pleasure to deal with and they come right out if we have an issue or a need for extra oxygen to travel. I highly recommend Community Surgical Supply.

The driver contacted me when he was nearby just as I was told the day before. He was very accurate in his delivery time. And he was able to accommodate me. Outstanding customer service all around. Thank you Adapthealth and driver Chris K.

There was a glitch with my appt but Jordan went out of his way to make it work and he was very sweet and thorough with the appt and taking the time to make sure I knew how to use my cpap properly. He also told me that he was available if I had any questions further or if I needed to change anything out later he was available to help. I was very pleased with him. He more than made up for my being upset at the beginning for the mishap with scheduling. Thank you Jordan. You saved me as a customer.

Juan was very respectful and knowledgeable about putting my bedrails together on the bed. He also took the time and put my croutches together ❤ It's people like that who goes the extra mile in making sure there job is done efficient.
