Had a great session with Sean, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in reference to my new CPAP machine. He went over each and every step on how to use it. He also took his time to make sure that the fitting was correct.

The gentleman who has delivered & picked up the rental beds I've used (Jermaine) is a wonderful person & a great employee. He is always friendly, calm, efficient, professional. He is careful when bringing the multiple pieces of the bed in & out of the house. He is willing to talk a bit about his native Jamaica when I bring it up (have visited & loved it there). I really feel appreciative & comfortable with Jermaine helping me get the equipment I need. 😃 😊

Tim got right out here when he knew of the problems with the portable concentrator. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and ever so helpful. Thank you, Tim.
