The guy showing me the set up was nice but the office was dark and cluttered.

Delivery happened, as promised, in a couple of days. I always receive calls from John ahead of time for a convenient time.

Both delivery persons were great. They were polite, they tried to answer my many questions. My first portable oxygen concentrator was bad. It was only outputting a spurt of ambient air every few seconds, but since it wasn't concentrating the oxygen, it was actually starving me of oxygen because it was blocking my normal breathing. I called customer service and the guy was saying that it must be me. "The units don't go bad." I told him that this unit has 2000 hours on it, maybe it killed the last owner and that is why they got it back. He shamed me into believing it was me. Many days later, I had an oxygen expert at Dartmouth check it out and she said this thing WAS trying to kill me, so SHE got on the phone and ordered a new one and gave me an oxygen bottle for the ride home. The next day I got a replacement and it is WONDERFUL. It works! Now I understand why people like these things. It will allow me to leave my house until I get my lung transplant. I love the delivery people, but the customer "support" guy was "less than optimal" and caused a LOT of time and pain gasping for air. It could have been avoided. I would love to have a source for instructions about HOW to use this equipment. I am new to this and just guessing whether the equipment was working or if I was doing something wrong, physically hurt me. 2025-12-25

I was referred to this company in August by my doctor. I received a call regarding the referral a couple of weeks later, but no supplies were ordered at that time. I called in November to place an order for supplies and an appointment was set up for me, since it was my first order. I received a call the day before my appointment to let me know my appt needed to be cancelled, due to foreseen circumstances (which happens). I couldn’t get rescheduled until after the first of the year. I explained to Orionna that I really needed supplies before then. She worked with me and pulled together my needed supplies. I picked them up yesterday. She was very nice, professional and easy to work with. I really appreciate her help.

Mask leaks but I have to wait for up coming reordering a different mask & have to go back to be fitted so not happy waiting for reordering on 12/22/25.
