Getting the order executed in a timely manner was awesome. However the back and forth about insurance and if it was covered or not and would I have to pay was very confusing. Specially being the patient trying to take care of it.

I had a Luna loaner because of the issues I was having with the machine. The customer service rep was awesome and will be fantastic if she gets the training necessary. She has an excellent attitude and very willing to help in any way she can. With everything that happened from getting the loaner to returning it and different issues that I was told were resolved and weren’t, I think that it was because the CSR wasn’t trained fully. Training is super important so that the CSR can assist with every aspect and the customer should not have to wait a long time.
