Thankyou very much for going the extra mile to furnish me with a SimplyGo Concentrator. Keith was extremely cordial and very personable. I have just one item to mention, in that with the SimplyGo Kit, there was no nasal cannula, or supply hose. Fortunately, I had the extra set supplied with my large home concentrater. When they pick up the SimplyGo after the 24 of May, will he replace these used hoses with new ones for my home unit? Again, a real sincere thankyou for the extra mile your firm extended to me. Suzanne was thorough, patient, and explained everything in a manner which was easy to understand. It’s a lot of information which can easily feel overwhelming to be on the receiving end of, but Suzanne’s delivery and approach made it all sound simple and I’m excited to get started.

When my physical therapist contacted you to get me one of these walkers, you checked and found out my insurance wouldn't cover it , because they already paid for my wheelchair. You called me back with that information and I said I would purchase the walker and I order it while on the phone. I received it by Monday which was fast.
