Care and concern

I was late for my appointment by mistake… And Alex agreed to see me and help me out with my new CPAP machine. I really appreciate Fletcher and Alex accommodating me. Alex was super professional. He explained things at a level I could understand. He answered my questions thoroughly. And he gave me all the information. I need to be successful with my CPAP machine. I love Fletcher. They have served me well over the past five years. I have moved out of Florida and could easily set up with a new medical equipment company in my new home state… However, I choose to stay with Fletcher, because of their great customer service, their expertise and willingness to help me every time I call. I will continue with Fletcher as long as possible.

The technician was very polite and knew what he was talking about setting up my machines and gave me all the information I needed, and I very much appreciate it
