Very helpful with explanation of the various masks and how they operated & fit. Made the decision of which one I should use very easy.

All employees that I dealt with very pleasant and willing to do what was necessary to get me better and comfortable. Sometimes you run across people that have a job but treat it like you’re special and not just a job that I’m grateful for.

I went to the Laurel office in Maryland for my cpap machine. I was greeted upon walking in. The person helping me was very polite and engaging. He thoroughly explained all the steps I needed to take to ensure that I would be able to use my cpap machine correctly . He answered all questions that were asked. I felt as though he truly cared to help and took the time to work with me to find a mask that I'd be comfortable wearing. Overall the entire experience was pleasant.

Matthew was great, made the experience easy. He went over instructions asked if we had any questions and answered them to the best of his ability. Had us test our masks to make sure it was a correct fit

Return of the wheel chair was so easy

Kindra was awesome. Warm and friendly, the process only took about an hour.

He was very nice and answered all my questions
