My appointment today with Cheryl was absolutely fabulous. She explained everything to me. Cheryl took the time to make sure all my questions/concerns were answered. I never felt rushed or disregarded. Cheryl made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a lot of anxiety about starting cpap. I feel confident now about using my cpap machine. We need more people like Cheryl in the health care industry. She is a shining star!

Brenda took the time to throughly explain the set-up, operation, and care of my new CPAP machine as well as the benefits I would achieve by being a compliant user.
