Was unaware Matrix had been acquired by Fletcher's and had brought wife's concentrator to the Bowden Rd. property to swap. Surprise. Made the trip to Distribution Blvd., met Vivian, swapped machine and on my way in 5 minutes or less. Other than not knowing there was another 20 miles added to my trip; I'm still calling this a 5 star visit. Too bad you can't sell me her c-pap equipment and supplies as well. You'd be the one-stop shop!

My experience was great. I arrived a half hour early but they were able to get me in right away. Richard was very knowledgeable, explained everything about the machine and the accessories thoroughly. He even took the time to answer all of my questions. Jennifer was equally as knowledgeable and helpful with additional questions that I had for her. All around the staff and this office were friendly and very helpful.
