jim was very helpful and nice.

Very pleased with their helpfulness and support. My machine was not working. I Was able to bring it in right away and get it checked out. She plugged it in and showed me what it was & why my machine wasn’t powering up. And what to do next time it happens.Very kind and pleasant customer service! Thank you 🙌🏾🙏🏽😊

Just got off my onboarding call with Chavela! She was very helpful and patient as it is my first time using a CPAP. I enjoyed our conversation and her guidance during the set up process.

Jermaine was very polite and patient.

Quick delivery to my door.

I needed a mask swap out and Mark and Lauren took the time to properly fit me and I'm very excited looking forward to a great nights sleep.

I was lucky enough to get Tom from Newport, Vt to deliver to me. He was extremely helpful and answered many questions I had as this is the first time I’ve ever used oxygen. His customer service skills were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I feel like I can finally breathe because I don’t have to worry about running out. Thanks, Tom!

Leonel was excellent at explaining the device and the instructions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!
