I tried to place an order today and the representative just laughed hysterically when I did not know the answers to her questions (like when was the last time I saw my CPAP doctor). She would just repeat the question which I did not know. She said my last order was in October and I told her that would be when I saw him. She just laughed again and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional and that is what all of their reviews are like. When are they going to address these issues?

The service is absolutely HORRIBLE! They were sent orders for my supplies on July 25th. They did not process the claim until the following Monday August 8th and that’s was with me calling them everyday asking the progress of the claim. Then needed prior authorization from insurance. Then was told they processed it for overnight on august 9th. When I still had not received it by august 12th I called again and they tell me that now they need an approval …after they already had both the doctor and insurance approval. Who else do they need approval from??? So I called my case manager from the hospital who was told that it was a miscommunication and the order was going out that day. I did receive PART of my order August 13th. They didn’t even process my ENTIRE order. So now they are starting over on the order and have to get approval from insurance AGAIN for the rest of the order which will probably take another week. I should not have to wait a month for supplies. I should not have to wait longer just because they didn’t process the entire order in the first place. This company is providing medical supplies which some of these supplies can not just be purchased at the store. Some of these supplies could mean the difference in life or death or infection or no infection. Everybody using this company has some sort of medical condition they NEED supplies for one reason or another and should not have to go through what I did to get supplies that we desperately need.

Regarding CPAP supplies - Adapt Health MN bought our local supplier a couple years ago. Service has not been great, but I have ordered supplies from them as they are "in network" with my insurance. Now I am unable to reach them at any of their many, many phone numbers. I get a busy signal or a "call failed". They have been less than helpful during the Philips recall, even when I had a new prescription from the sleep dr. I should have looked for a new supplier before they disappeared.

We have had horrible customer service with Adapthealth.

I will find another c-pap supplier today as I am tired of their poor customer service, confusing billing statements, utterly frustrating business techniques, and lack of availability. I go through torment each month. Advice to other companies looking to acquire smaller more customer-care oriented businesses; do your research and work out the kinks before pressing the start button. To say that the wait time is 15 hours and 38 minutes is ridiculous. Enough!!!

Difficult to contact, multiple company names, unsolicited text messages and emails, the building and shipping area in Athens TX site are shocking conditions to handle medical supplies, service was late due to breakfast, then hurry and get out, see book for all your questions, get un-explained overcharge bill, CPAP machine has failed after only four nights! Everything online with hidden results, terms and conditions. Don't waste your time.

I just received a letter from Adapthealth saying i declined to renew a 60 month rental contract. I have never rented anything from them & I sent a message telling them so. I did rent the equipment from a local medical supply company in 2013 & in 2018 needed to submit new paperwork from my Dr. listing my oxygen levels ect ect or they will come for the equipment. I never did submit anything to the company & the equipment is still here. So either the local company committed fraud or this company did & I think they did together would not be the first time it happened I would stay away from them either way.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Aero Care deserves a (negative) -10 score. I called one of their thousand telephone numbers today, 25 Jul 22 at 3:30 CST to order CPAP supplies. The recording said that the wait was ONE hour and FIFTEEN minutes because all of their representatives were busy. Seriously!!?? I shout, foul! I despise dealing with this company. The website billing is awful, grossly inconsistent, completely unreliable and their billing practices just plain stinks! Forget trying to call any of their numbers because I think they all route to one office, somewhere USA or in India, which employs three humans total. We need medical supplies and this company does not provide timely satisfaction. When is someone with the authority going to shut this money grubbing company down? AdaptHealth acquired Aero Care Feb 2021 for 1.1 BILLION dollars. Screw the true customers, right? Just seems like the-powers-to-be aren't listening to our customers complaints. I guess BBB doesn't care about companies that are not accredited?!
