Horrendous company! The CPAP I use for my sleep apnea, ResMed, is great, but this medical device supplies company, Adapt Health, is a bunch of highway robbers and shakedown hustlers. They failed to submit preauthorization for two months of my CPAP rent-to-buy program, and it caused a whole mess with my insurance company. They to this day refused to cover those two months of missing payments. I was emailing back and forth with one of their billing reps and I literally had no idea what she was saying, her sentences weren't in the slightest bit understandable. She kept throwing a bunch of jargon at me thinking it would wear me down and distract me. Nope! They picked the wrong guy. Someone just called me now from their billing department and kept interrupting me, thinking he could strongarm me into whatever he wanted me to do. Not with me, buddy! It's a total circus in the billing department, so good luck to whoever has to deal with it! Shame on them.

Since my local medical supply company was purchased by Adapt Health I have had nothing but problems. My supplies are two months overdue and upon calling for the second time I finally got the answer that they needed a new prescription. Which they should have told me two months ago. Most recently and most upsetting is that my CPAP stopped working in the middle of the night. The next day I called to troubleshoot and found it was the cord. It was a Saturday so I knew I wouldn’t hear until Monday. I am a school bus driver and we are having a pretty severe driver shortage so I had no choice but work on very few hours of sleep. When I called back on Monday, They couldn’t tell me if the local store had one in stock and couldn’t get me connected with the store because the store no longer speaks directly to customers. They wanted to send me one through mail in 7-10 days but I told them that was impossible since I physically cannot sleep without my machine, I’m five months pregnant, have three boys and a job. I needed it ASAP. My husband had to send a very frustrated email to get someone to call me and tell me there was one in stock. I’m so upset because it used to be such a great store to work with and since adapt health took over they completely ruined it.

I get my Dexcom G6 diabetes supplies through Adapt Health and if there is an issue like my prescription expires and they get no response from the doctor upon trying to renew the prescription, they won't even attempt to call you to let you know there's an issue. Diabetes is a serious illness and nobody should drop the ball when it comes to things like this. Care for your customers! What kind of lemonade stand health care show is Adapt Health running?

They should change their name to IneptHealth. Been trying to return a CPAP machine for more than a month now. I've had 4 contacts with them via phone with them telling me each time they will be sending a return label, then nothing. A 5th call was a cold call from them asking how I like it, if there was anything they could do etc. Once I started talking I was put on hold since they didn't even have my file pulled up. I just hung up. Already let the insurance company know what's going on so they don't keep paying for something that was supposed to be returned a month ago. Update: Got called this morning (a month later) looking for payment since I turned off the card they have on file. So basically they are dragging this return out so they can bill more obviously. Filing a report with the MA AGs office today.

This place is ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE to deal with!! THE WORST customer service experience I've ever had on MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS!! Staff is often RUDE and clueless. EVERY time I call, I'm on hold FOREVER and when I FINALLY get someone on the phone, I'm told I need to be transferred to someone else. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Horrible... my husband required oxygen and lift. Took forever to get the lift. By the time we got it, he no longer needed it. Finally got someone to come pick it up. However, months later they're still trying to charge us for it. They couldn't find any record of it being picked up. Kept calling but no one was ever remotely helpful. Well.... I certainly don't have it and I'm not paying for what I don't owe. Trying to work with them is impossible.

I wouldn't do business with these jokers ever again. Three times set up for auto payment. Three times got 90 day past due notices. a 98% negative review rating on this site! The CEO should resign immediately. You can't do much worse. I wish I could give them a big fat zero.

I was sent the wrong CPAP supplies and have been trying to return them for over two weeks. Today alone, I have held for extensive amounts of time to only be hung up on by the "customer service person" the last 3 times I have called. I for one am going to look into other companies for my supplies.
