I received my equipment while in the hospital did your mom was very professional knocked on the door before he came in and told me who it was and what company he was in told me about the equipment and said that equipment is fine, but if I have any questions to get them a call, everything was done to the best

Anne's customer service skills and knowledge of sleep apnea, CPAP, equipment use, and her problem solving skills were what made my experience so positive. Anne was able to put me at ease over problem solving my mask leak issues and possible solutions. I appreciated the in-person connection at the Aero-Care location in Omaha, NE vs the phone call problem solving approach used by Aero-Care AdaptHealth.

Chris Lucero brought the concentrator and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guy that brought the oxygen tank loaner to the hospital wasn’t too great - he didn’t even show us how it worked and it took a very long time for him to get there. The nurse sent a message at 5:00 am and he finally got there at 8:25 am.

I had a great experience this morning getting instruction on using my new CPAP machine, a fairly complicated piece of technology, especially for someone almost eighty like myself. I was not looking forward to having to use the machine. To my relief and surprise, Alejandra made it understandable and even fun. I left feeling like I can do this and it will make a real difference in my well-being.
