If I could give them a zero, I would. Completely incompetent at every level. All the want to do is sell you supplies. Forget it if you need to get a problem resolved. You can’t get through to who you need to then they promise that they will check with someone else because nobody you talk to can ever solve the problem. They promise they will get back to you and then they never do. Their notes in the system are incomplete. Frankly, I would say that 90% of their employees are mentally deficient They can’t comprehend instructions. They get your information wrong, and can’t even get a number correct when you give it to them. Run as fast as you can Away from this company. Find another provider. They are useless and their customer service stinks. I have never been more frustrated with any company I have dealt with in my life.

IneptHealth, indeed. Exceptionally greedy. Shady billing where you are forced to pay--even if you've met your deductible and out of pocket max for the year. They say they will refund what they've taken when insurance pays. Most of the reviews I've read show that it getting the refund from these people is tough.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with; their incompetence is beyond anything I've seen for a company dealing with the public's health. If you are considering a place to get your CPAP supplies from, choose another company because these people get nothing correct. I get parts and filters that I can't use I order a mask and I get 3 of them I get a late notice on my bill every month and I'm signed up on auto pay with them!!

Do not do business with Adapt Health, Sound Oxygen, Pacific Pulmonary. Terrible Communication, vague and dishonest billing. It’s no fun. Almost a year of headaches dealing with this company. I gave them multiple chances but I finally returned my equipment. It all began with incorrect billing and ended with them changing the terms without my approval. I had no choice but to return the equipment. Find an online option. Save yourself hundreds of dollars.

This company should be called Inepthealth. When it was Montgomery it was great. This new company has been nothing but trouble. They sent me a replacement CPAP machine which was registered to some man in Richmond Virg. I took both the old one and the replacement back. They didn't want to take both but i wasn't taking them back. I'm done with them. Will find another company.

Received invoice. No idea what it was for. Called Adapt. Gave them my name, invoice number, invoice amount and asked what the invoice was for. Clerk said unless I give him my DOB HE CANT DUSCUSS it with me. Unbelievable. I told him I need him to identify what the invoice was for before I answer any more questions. He would not tell me. Frustrated, I finally just told him to go F__ himself. Then I googled Adapt health. Apparently, I’m not the only one having issues with these jerk offs.

Will not refund my money once the insurance paid the claim. They state my refund is too small for them to issue.
