Training is great but was a little bit faster than expected overall well done

The class was great, although I would've liked our teacher to guide us through the app, it took me a while to figure it out. It was very hard to get the appointment with aerocare when I called and left messages 4 times before getting an answer. Aerocare, great, Adaptahealth not good.

In the past my equipment was delivered to the home with a tech to help with setup and any question. Now it required an appointment and a long drive.

Shane was very helpful. That's more than I can say about the communication from the rest of the company! It took me four, yes 4 years to finally get my concentrator serviced! You as a company are risking people's life's by not taking care of your service end. Nothing was ever said to me that I needed to call in and let your company know I needed service even after I had called multiple times until my last phone call to your company!! That's terrible customer service!02

Wasn’t happy with the portable oxygen machine very small battery. As the person that will be using it has to have at least 4 liters. The small battery will only give him about an hour. When going to the doctor it takes longer than an hour on normal visitations.

The driver was very good -- he called me in advance to let me know when he would arrive. My disappointment was that the company did not call me in the morning to give me a window for the delivery. Also, I tried calling twice during the day to find out and, both times, after going to the "questions about equipment delivery", I went on hold for a half hour until I finally hung up.

I only have four stars because of Josh. He was very caring and concerned that I couldn't get through to the Port St Lucie office. I called the office daily for 6 days before someone even answered the phone. I even left a message twice, but never got a call back. This is totally unacceptable. I will definitely be doing some research to see what other companies are available.
