I call after hours talk to answer servers they hook me up with perzon on call said tech would call me never did machine stop working if they were not going to come out they should have call to me you left me hanging worry out not having g o2 thks

Your technicians are excellent and understand the urgency of response to non-working equipment. The direction of your phone csr's saying delivery policy will be within 72 hours - when my concentrator is not working, is unacceptable

The machine stopped working sometime in the night. When I pushed the button it said storage is full. Don’t think it was a good reading. Not sure when it turned off but it wouldn’t turn on after that kept saying storage full. I only had maybe 4 hours sleep so not sure when it turned off before that.

Delivery was right on time and delivery man was very good! Unfortunately, when ordering a two-wheel walker, the rep said I could order one with brakes. I did. The walker delivered has no brakes, and the delivery man said two-wheel walkers don’t come with brakes. So who is correct??

When the people came to pick up the items from hospice my son said, the gentleman was very nice, however the woman with him was very nasty and threw the O2 canister on the garage floor. I'm sorry, but my mother just passed and having to deal with someone as unprofessional as she was is very upsetting. You need to find staff with empathy and professionalism.

Someone in your office dropped the ball. I was supposed to get a Bipap oxygen generator and a nebulizer. I got the Bipap without incident, but nebulizer wasn't ready. Oxygen generator wasn't authorized yet. Nebulizer was finally prepared.

The on sight tech was great; however, scheduling is a disaster. Had 3 appointments cancelled so my annual visit was 20 months. Also, the fact that a time for the appointment is not set until the day of the appoint is ridiculous.

Well my husband on oxygen his machine went down sunday we called emergency number said a technician was comeing out here it was Monday called 3x said they were updating finally called them at 8pm and to complain and finally got my machine at 1030pm monday night thank got we had portable ones
