Your company has only been my provider for a short time so I don’t have a lot of experience with you. Yesterday, one of the green lights on my oxygen concentrator kept changing to orange. I called to request a technician and even though it was during the lunch hour, a gentleman had it replaced in around an hour. I have been most impressed with your customer service but this was remarkable! Please keep up the good work!
