Jenelle was very thorough and pleasant. She setup the machine and walked through all of the details - how the machine works, controls and maintenance schedule. I had a very positive experience

I first was given just the nose pads but they didn't work out - apparently I'm a mouth breather. Although reaching the exact location where I got these was difficult, at best (phone lines go thru main office out of state), when I did get thru and requested a mask they were very accommodating as I am currently in the hospital, won't be able to drive for at least 3 weeks and requested having the new mask to be picked up by my daughter. All other representatives told me that the new mask would have to be mailed to me and would take 7-14 days. This office looked up my account, verified that they did have a mask and when my daughter arrived to pick up the new mask, it was all ready. Appreciate the understanding and quick response.

Joe was very helpful on teaching us how to use or cpap and was very knowledgeable on every item .
