Celeste at the AeroCare office Fort Smith was GREAT! She needs your praise. BUT…. All previous actions were terrible. Many-many contacts to us from different people wanting more information, then every process was moving to other departments, your people were in the dark…. it was impossible to keep up with where my order was in the process. I have numerous notes of who wanted what, all different departments, very confusing. I never had a single contact that could update the status of this order. It took way to long to process in this modern technology age. You need a single point of contact for your customers. The whole ordeal made me wish I had used another provider.

My bi-pap stopped working and this company replaced it that day. I had to pay for it but they went in quick action and got it to me that very day. Excellent service.
