This company is rotten. It is regurgitated sewer garbage. They have given me the runaround trying to get my CPAP machine looked at. I used to be able to go right to the local medical supply company and get things handled. Not now that they are part of Adapt Health. Someone needs to dismantle this company.

billing issue once again I submitted a payment for what I owed as my copay. on 2/17/23 I inquired on the balance in my account and the agent indicated I still owed my copay. I found this to be interesting given that my banking institution processed the check i submitted for payment of my copay on 2/16/23. This is another example of their poor billing practices.

This company is a FRAUD and will SCAM insurance companies by renting the unit monthly. They charge upfront costs that pay for the unit, and then charge you every month, so you're paying tens of thousands of dollars for a $900.00 machine. This is why health care is so expensive, and if insurance doesn't cover, you have to pay. This company is clearly committing fraud, and needs to be investigated.

I have tried unsuccessfully to purchase a travel CPAP. Even though I am already a customer and already have prescriptions on file, the local office has thrown up roadblock after roadblock. Total disorganization between management and local offices, does not speak well to company protocols or policy setting.

Received bill stating amount owed and date it would be late. No Insurance payment recorded. Called and was told the Medicare # on account was expired. I told him that Medicare #'s do not expire. Called Medicare, no claim for this date of service. Called Adapthealth back, and was told that this was an estimated bill, and that the bill had been sent to the insurance co. I told him they had no record of the claim. He said to have them call his company. I said CMS does not call providers. If you want paid you will have to submit the claim to CMS correctly, or you will not get paid.

I have a zero copay for my Diabetic supplies, yet the company systematically invoices me 20% of the total cost. Receiving a reimbursement is taking over a month now. Stay away from this company.

Adapt Health is the worst of the worst. I'm on workers Comp. I had to go on oxygen full time. It tool forever to get them to charge my WC insurance company they even threatened to take me to court over something II had no control over. I called my WC ins. company and they had already paid the bill in full. Finally after that got straightened out I had to have my small concentrator replaced as the one they gave me was an older model and it only worked half the time. Then they started charging my Medicare for it. I called monthly everytime they billed Medicare. finally in December they quit that and started charging my WC Ins. and told me they would reimburse Medicare. Which they haven't yet. I'm thinking I will be calling our Atty General's office today to see if they can do something for me.
