I was called and given an eta that was same day delivery when hospital told me it would be the next day. He followed up with a new eta when he found we were already home and not at hospital. He showed me how to use the walker and explained where it should fall according to the waistline. The patient was sleeping so the guy adjusted it for his height. It was a good experience

Kenneth was great, called to advise of the delivery window. Took time to explain, use, cleaning and maintenance of equipment. He made sure I was comfortable with all of the equipment prior to his departure. Very professional and friendly.
