The representative was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. She explained everything very clearly and repeated several times for me without appearing frustrated. Great experience. I really appreciate her effort.

I spoke with Marie a second time and got results. My order was delivered before the time period given to me which was great, also the man who delivered my order was very nice and professional! However, your customer service dept needs more training, very rude person answer my calls.
