The major perk for me was they offered a Saturday appointment as my weekdays are usually hectic, so this was an added plus.

On a Friday, after hours, my large home oxygen concentrator decided to stop working. I called the office number and got the man on call. He knew I could not go until Monday without the concentrator so he got a ticket approved to bring me a different concentrator. He kept me informed about when he would be at my place and when he came he had a new one which he hook up and recordered the new serial number. He was very pleasant and social. Thank you for coming our on a Friday evening.
