I called at 1:30 in the morning having trouble with my oxygen machine and they had a new one out to me by 5 am. The young man was very polite and helpful. I really appreciate him for keeping in touch with me through all of it.

Matthew called ahead and setup schedule that met our time needs. Matthew is always courteous, on time, friendly, and pleasant to work with. Matthew followed up with me to make sure I had enough supplies to last until next visit, and reminded me that I can always call if I run short of supplies, as well as a reminder that should there be any other needs we can call 800 number too.

The single employee, Jasmine, that we met with was an outstanding representative of the company. She knew the equipment and its proper intended use thoroughly. She anticipated many of our questions and answered others to our satisfaction.
