Todd did outstanding in explaining the equipment usage, cleaning, and setup to me when I have never worked with this equipment before. I left feeling confident and comfortable using this equipment to help me. He was very professional and respectful which made for a great learning experience as well as easing my anxiety with this new device and setup. I can’t say Thank You enough!

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and informative. Our rep from Young’s (Alex) was polite, efficient, and thorough!

The first night of delivery , October 31 which is Halloween Jim did not come to deliver our Oxygen until 9:45 pm .Gerald had gotten home from the hospital at 6 pm. We were told he would be here at 7:30 and he did not show up until 9:45 that was not timing.

Delivery people are great! Friendly, kind and helpful!

Amarilys was on time. Very professional. Asked questions and answered any questions I had. Made sure that I understood everything before she left. She has an excellent personality for the job. 5 out of 5 isn't enough, for a rating for her.

Paul was great. The Warwick office is so much nicer than the one in Johnston

Friendly knowledgeable and very helpful

Dr. Coignard was amazing. She helped me get the right mask and the data the docs office wasn't able to find. She made my day, week, month and year.
