I was on a tight schedule and I arrived at the store 45 minutes early and when I told them of my schedule, they took me right in and, as a result, I was walking back out approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I thought that was very nice of them.

Originally the company dropped off a piece of used broken equipment (mistakes were made). Following a quick call the mistake was correct the next day with a pleasant delivery driver and compassion. All 4 interactions were good but the final one was amazing. Thanks for your support in my healing process both drivers were courteous but the final gentleman was truly stand out.. thanks for everything.
