I can always count on them to repair my mobility scooter and at a reasonable cost! They even delivered my baby back without a charge for delivery! Sometimes they have to wait for parts to arrive; other than that, they are quick to fix! This last repair, they even dropped it off at our house with no extra charge for delivering it!

finally received an oxygen concentrator that exceeds my approval. it is fairly quiet but still hear pounding noises, but it is doable to me.

Customer service was excellent!! My C-pap machine, which I use religiously every night, suddenly quit working. They provided me with a loaner machine until a new one could be ordered. However, they needed a “script” from my Primary Care Physician. Customer service was going to take care of the follow-up; contacting my Dr., my insurance carrier and ordering a new machine! I walked in concerned and worried and walked out relieved and a happy customer.
