The rep was helpful, clear, and friendly. Answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for more.

The customer service representative was pleasant and most importantly on time . She answered all my questions and provided me with a new more comfortable mask . She also found the leak in my machine and replaced the broken part . I am quite pleased with the service that she provided.

My experience was very good, Ruth explained everything that might be possibly wrong with my machine and took the time to determine what exactly was wrong, which meant she had to send the machine back for further review. Ruth was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the functions of my CPAP machine and took whatever time was needed for me to feel comfortable with the steps we were taking to move forward. Ruth was the technician I dealt with when I first received my CPAP machine many years ago and she was just as helpful all those years ago.

Tony is fantastic!!! She's very personable, very knowledgeable, very helpful!!! She is a HUGE asset to your company. I'd love to see her if I need to come into the office sgain!!! By the way, I'm very happy with Fletchers!! Fletchers calls me frequently to find out if I need supplies. Dr Peter Nassar Jax Sleep Ctr originally sent me to a company I assume they contract with cuz it was attached to their office but they never called me about supplies so I didn't know if my insurance would pay. When my insurance changed to UHC, Fletchers took over and calls me on a regular basis which I appreciate! I did have one issue with the water tank.It was sticking to the machine which I never had problems like that before but Fletchers was quick to replace it. ☺️
