The young man that delivered my medical equipment was very polite and helpful made sure that he called to let me know he was on the way he he didn't just show up at the house and leave it on the porch he waited brought it in the house very very professional and polite

Respectful, professional, efficient Lamir Smith called in advance to let me he would be arriving shortly.. He set up the oxygen concentrator and portable oxygen machine. quickly and efficiently. He took time me to make sure I understood both machines and did so in a professional manner. He did a great job.

Excellent service

Roger was great and very helpful . he was very imformed about products.

He explained how to operate the new machine and showed us how to charge the battery and hook up on the car. Even showed us some thing on the oxygen tank that we didn't know. Very Helpful. Took some time with us and didn't just drop the machine and go.
