May doctor ordered me an electric scooter. They came and did my measurements in February and I did not get until May. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They made a mistake with my insurance and that took forever for them to fix it. I I called them twice a week and they told it had to come High Point and when they got it they had to put it together and charged in order for me to come pick it up! Then they told me that they did not deliver scooters. Everybody I talked to they said that there's were delivered. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

You could spend hours as I did on the telephone being shunted from one department to another and then being disconnected. If you elect to press #1 for a callback, you'll be disconnected. If you are on hold when the company closes for the day at 5:00PM you'll be disconnected. If want to buy a machine they won't hang up on you. But if you need anything else be prepared for the absolutely WORST customer service I've ever encountered. This is the AdaptHealth QMES company in Pennsylvania. Have some aspirin at hand. You'll need it after banging your head against the wall.

This review is for Aerocare which is part of Adapt Health. Words can hardly explain my poor experience with Aerocare over the course of 15 months. They consistently lose orders, blame physicians, or simply play dumb when confronted with issues. Every prescription placed by my doctor for CPAP supplies was lost. Each time, I would follow up on the new order and each time it was lost. During my last exchange, Aerocare finally received the order and simply didn't fulfill it! I had to call, yet again, to find the order had been sitting unfilled for 2 weeks. How does a company survive with service like this?? It took nearly 2 months to get the product and it was WRONG! Had enough and went with another company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute worst customer service and billing departments. They have lied to me about what I owe, refused to provide a total cost for my equipment, sent me the wrong supplies after I gave a detailed description and name of what I was using, and NEVER return phone calls. I had to wait several months to get my equipment, which means my insurance is not covering it, and the only reason they waited until after the first of the year is because they were "really backlogged with calls." Editing to add: I am now getting past due invoices, but I'm set up on AutoPay (because they required it). My insurance company finally spoke with them and they are (presumably) sending me a complete statement of the total I owe, but they refused to give me this, so I'm not holding my breath. If you contract with this company, watch your finances closely, because they are not dealing in an ethical way--if I find duplicate or overcharges, I will be filing a complaint of fraud against them.

I would give them a 0 if that was an option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Started re-order process on 3/27 for my 10 year olds diabetes supplies. Thought everything was good to go. After a week called to check up on status, they said my son's medical record got lost because of merger with solaris. You would think at this point somebody would have followed up with me...nope!. We had to create new one. From there, it was supposed to be all set...nope! Called back a few times and talked to multiple different people who each said a different thing. Even our doctor's office and insurance provider called Adapt but nobody would return their calls. Now here we are over a month+ and my 10 year old still does NOT have his diabetes supplies. Adapt Health is the WORST. I never had any of these problems when w/ Mckesson.

Nothing but problems since adapt health or aero care or whatever they call themselves since taking over Clay Home Medical. We do not want e delivery or auto pay so they don't mail a bill and then want credit card payment. Delivery of oxygen has gone from 1 day to several. Very dissatisfied with this company. I hope someone reads this review and puts competent people where they need to be.

The rehab I was in ordered wheelchair, I received a call to setup delivery on Wednesday, I told them I would be home next day Thursday they ask what time I would be released, I didn’t know but called them back a couple hours later with time. I ask if it could be delivered on that Wednesday and was told oh no I had to be home before they could deliver. So they said they would have it there by 12:30 on Thursday or before. I have two broken legs mon weight bearing. I had to sit in car for 3 hours until my family could borrow a chair to take me in house. Because this company didn’t deliver wheelchair until 4 hours from when I was told and tech said he didn’t even start deliveries until 1:00 pm. Unreliable!
