Very thorough instructions and made me feel comfortable with the new machine.

The guy (my apologies I forgot his name, even though he was a Seattle fan lol) was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of information making me feel very comfortable going home to use my cpap for the first time.

Jaimie sills was right on time , he called and sent me an e-mail with time of arrival. He was very kind and professional at this difficult time in our household. He removed the bed and all equipment we'd used for over a year. He did his job very quickly and quietly, We appreciated that very much.

Mario was super helpful and very kind through the whole experience!

Lenore was awesome! Sense of humor and personality that made for a relaxing visit. She took time to answer ALL of my questions and helped with the best choice of mask. She updated my info as needed, showed me a new feature, and made sure my equipment was updated in the app.

When I arrived a minute before closing Kathy was ready, very pleasant and helpful. She took her time and chatted with me as if it were 2:00p.m.

Unfortunately I had to return the equipment as it was no longer needed, but getting the equipment delivered, the explanation on how to use the oxygen and the convenient removal was seamless.
