The CPAP session was invaluable & Manuel was terrific. The session was extremely comprehensive and more than worth the time investment as I walked out with my CPAP set-up, mobile app set-up and feeling extremely comfortable on how to best use/maintain my device. It was also helpful to have others in the session with additional questions from your own. Manual is extremely knowledgable, has a tremendous customer interface demeanor and able to answer all technical/non-technical questions. His delivery engages you so I continued to pay attention allowing me to walk out with confidence using my device.
