Beginning with my initial phone contact with Cape Medical, my interaction with staff was very positive. The congenial staff person I spoke with was adept at clearly providing every detail I needed. Following phone calls were similar. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted upon entry, and my wait time before seeing Deb was brief. Deb is pleasant and professional. She conveyed information clearly as well as demonstrating well how to use the equipment. She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity and went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable in the process.

Cynthia was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She immediately understood my issues and had a great solution.

Alejandra was amazing. She took something that seemed complicated and intimidating and made it simple. She was incredibly thorough and answered all our questions. Her demeanor was so friendly and welcoming and I am very grateful that she was my instructor. She is just awesome :)

Debbie was very informative and friendly. She explained everything so that we could understand the machine and all involved.
