The representative that I worked with at the Rutland, VT store Jon Plankey really knows his stuff. I had a nightmare of an experience with CPAP from my previous DME and as a result was very apprehensive and concerned about Keene as my new DME. Jon put my mind at ease with an in depth knowledge and explanation of the product/service that reflected a true passion that has been lost in most modern day customer service experiences. I did not feel like I had a good knowledge base and support available to me with the previous supplier and Jon has appreciated and alleviated those fears for me. Kudos to Jon and to Keene medical for having such a knowledgeable and passionate resource to the patient.

My experience with Adapthealth was outstanding! Monique, in particular, did a superb job of making sure that we had all the equipment that we needed and that the equipment was in good working order. The sit and stand machine that we ordered already had a 100% charge on it, which was awesome because she could demonstrate how to use it right away. Monique made sure that we were satisfied. Received call one day, next day the bed was quickly delivered, and set up with no problems, I appreciate the quick service and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions.
