Terrible customer service, I have been on hold for over an hour several times, Don't waste your time with these people, since I have called they have hung up on my X3, transferred me to someone else without me knowing and still cannot help me with my order

If I could give negative stars I would It took 2 weeks of phone calls to finally get a portable oxygen device delivered to me and it was delivered 1 day before I had to travel and only because my wife told them she was going to file a complaint. Then, to top everything off, my device was delivered without batteries which we didn’t realize until later in the night when we unplugged the machine and saw that it turned off. Horrible horrible service. I had to take a big risk and board my plane without oxygen

Apparently, according to the reviews, AdaptHealth is fine when everything goes well. It's easy to get good customer service when there are no problems. However, they have yet to come up with a solution for me. After at least a dozen calls and several masks, two months after the initial hospital visit, I still don't have a working CPAP setup. The representative who came into my hospital room was there for about 10 seconds and left a machine with missing parts. If I had sneezed, I would have missed his visit. Do not pay any attention to the hold times on the CPAP customer assistance line. It always says less than 1 minute, but I have waited for as much as an hour before being disconnected. Also, do not rely on the automatic call back feature. They never call back. I realize I may be a bit more difficult than the average customer, but come on, more than 2 months and a dozen calls with still no working machine?

I have called this company 6 times about being billed an incorrect amount. I asked for a supervisor to call me and they never did. They then sent in an unauthorized charge to my credit card. My calls get disconnected and I have to start all over with another rep. They sent me the wrong size of filters for my CPAP machine and never corrected the problem. I will NEVER deal with them again. Run away from this terrible customer service company.

if I could give a zero I would. My 10 year old has type 1 diabetes. When HLMS changed to Adapt health without warning I realized she was 2 weeks late on her supply shipment for her Dexcom and pump supplies. I have called 7 times to ask why this was not shipped. She is out of supplies. I was told they were waiting on the prior authorization. Adapt could not tell me when authorization was initiated and they could not transfer me to their prior authorization department. I called insurance company, they stated there is an active authorization good until December and there is no reason for shipping delays. I obtained the auth number and called them back with it and they seemed very confused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told " it was unnecessary for me to speak to a supervisor" refused to transfer me. I have no confidence they are sending her supplies and will be changing supply companies. Absolutely unacceptable. This can not be legal to run a medical supply company this way. They need to be investigated

I HAVE TALKED TO ADAPTHEALTH AND THREE OTHERS COMPANIES INVOLVED WITH MY REORDER OF MY DEXCOM7 METER. IT IS A NIGHTMARE. AFTER THREE WEEKS OF BEING OUT OF MY METER WITH BLOOD SUGARS RANGING FROM 45 TO 340 I STILL HAVE NO ANSWERS. EVERYTIME I CALL WHICH TAKES HOURS TO GET THROUGH THEY SAY THAT MY METER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WEDNESDAY I CALLED AND I AM GOING TO GET IT ON FRIDAY. TODAY THURSDAY I CALLED TO CHECK AGAIN ON MY FRIDAY DELIVERY TO SEE APPROXIMATELY WHAT TIME IT WILL BE COMING AND GUESS WHAT IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. NOW ITS MONDAY. WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL. THEY NEED TO LEARN SOMETHING FROM AMAZON ---ORDER TODAY GET TOMORROW. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY PEOPLE THIS ONE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. YES ALL THE REPS ARE NICE BUT NICE DOESN'T GET RESULTS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Just try to call them with a question about anything. You get transferred multiple times, hung up on, and can spend 2 hours on the phone without getting any answers. Plus they outsource their calls, so just try to understand those foreign accents. Horrible company. Go elsewhere.

Buy supplies elsewhere. Paid them out of pocket for a CPAP machine prescribed by my doctor several years ago. After countless hours on the phone. plus back and forth emails, having my doctor's office resend scripts, and personally uploading and emailing documents requested, I still cannot get my account approved for supply reordering. It took 2 phone calls (and couple hours) just so they could access my machine data remotely to confirm compliance with insurance usage requirements. Remember - THEY sold the machine to me so knew S/N, make & model LOL. Shop elsewhere - plenty of choices. Everyone sells the same products all made in Asia with forced-labor workers doing inhumane hours and conditions for poverty level wages. ex: India's official minimum wage is $2.95 per DAY - not hour, per DAY. So take a few minutes to search and you will find many importers and resellers with superior customer service, better prices, insurance payment coverage systems, and fulfilment practices for your CPAP supplies. AdaptHealth/AeroCare overpromises and never delivers!
