Matthew was great as always. Shipping no way. I asked for 8 7' cannulas, got 4, asked for 7 25'tubes (the green ones)m got 5, this won't do it, I need at least 8 of the cannulas. If I didn't need it I wouldn't ask for it.

I do not understand delays anytime a machine needs to be returned; years ago I cancelled rental of a defective psi50 after numerous efforts to get a replacement with defective machine sitting in my living room a number of months, and this time, after my MD said machine no longer needed (and I was non-verbal, plus no TTY). I answered phone on Tuesday, speaking and told Ick up next day, Wednesday. After staying home all Wed., caller wanted to pick up on Thursday, but unable to provide 4 hr window consistent with CA law. On Thur. am message telling me pick up between 1-3PM, AT 2PM, AFTER I MOVED A 3PM APPOINTMENT TO 4 PM I GET CALL TO SAY PICKUP NOW 3-5PM! The positive is when I explained my 4-4:30PM commitment, the Adapt man told me he could arrange a pickup 5-6PM, so all went well. At pickup, in my usual post-radiation fog, the man KINDLY, GENTLY guided me as I found the car plug he wanted, and a nice carrying case & new machine support materials to transfer to the next patient! Win-Win. IAFTER MORE THAN FIVE YEARS I MUST ORDER A NEW PSI50, AFTER ADAPT TELLS ME SUPPLIES NEEDED TO RUN NO LONGER AVAILABLE; I WONDER IF A MARKED INCREASE 8N NOISE AND ELECTRIC BILLING WAS CAUSED BY OLD MACHINE. Mixed feelings about placing new order for psi50 I require for my lifetime: 1. The repair man who came out about a year ago fixed problems I reported numerous times that your repair person in 2022-2023 did not understand or repair leading to years of waking up nights to put parts back together so machine could continue providing the humidification I need, and 2. will I return to Adapt charging me $70. or now more per month for my machine, while refusing to provide supplies to run machine after two months (I.e drainage bags, distilled water battles with adapters) needed every month. I noticed my new suction machine was delivered with some supplies to cover two months, and thought no additional supplies were needed because MD did not extended RX-now I wonder, since billing suggests you believed I would buy supplies elsewhere to continue to use the machine without MD supervision. With both machines you rented me for many years, even beyond the typical 3-year limit, I learned after my machines' 3 or 4 years old and with new MD RX I could order supplies from Supracare, together with a long list of medical supplies for my tracheostomy, and more. Once I DC all requests of Adapt I learned Adapt had expected to provide all supplies after Home Health RN completed six months service; while HOME Health REFUSED to order me more than minimum suction catheters (I once pulled a used catheter from trash desperate to suction) and Trach inner canelas (when not on back order)—I spent literally hours to complete complaint with Medicare, who did authorize Adapt to bill me for some supplies. I am told Medicare expect company renting medical equipment to include supplies, and Home Health nurses paid a single fee to cover at least one RN visit weekly, plus all supplies. If adapt billed $70. per month for each machine, providing a couple drainage containers, plus suction catheters less reasonable than $70. monthly for psi50 to provide two drainage bags and two water bottle with psiregulators. Home Health was able to bill four-five THOUSANDS PER MONTH so do not understand complaints it was not enough to pay $150. per RN visits or $300.-4000 in supplies! I loss coverage for Supracare when I needed Larytube and supporting supplies from ATOS each month. I am already paying $50. or more monthly for saline bullets ( Adapt never had), split dressings, and psi50 supplies from holders with adapters to connect distilled H2O to psi, drainage bags with y adapters and tubing to connect to psi machine; split dressings to protect neck from cold blast of air from psi50, as radiation leaves area sensitive, and liquid irritating to stoma.
