After the first time of trying to get a chair and being turned down by insurance they stuck with me and finally got it approved. When Joshua got here with the new chair he was very helpful explaining everything about the chair and answered all my questions. He made it very easy to switch over to the new chair.

Erika was very helpful and informative. She really understands what’s involved with helping clients make their decisions for successful results. I loved that she shared so much information with using a CPAP machine. My husband got one over a year ago and I was very reluctant about getting one now. One of your tech staff Al stopped by yesterday and replaced all of the equipment I use. He spent at least one hour checking the equipment making sure it operated properly. He replaced a few items while giving me a refresher on a few things. Al, couldn’t do enough for me. He was a pleasure having him help me. Thank you.
