Thorough instructions, friendly and personable.

Your reps are clear, professional and polite. And delivery came when they said it would. Thank you so much

Kirk was helpful and went the extra mile to help us. We are doing much better than we were, that's for sure!

I returned from vacation to find my machine didn't survive the trip. I tried to troubleshoot without success. The scheduler could not get me in for 3 weeks. I expressed my dismay and informed her that I would just bring my machine in and hope for the best. From the moment I arrived I was treated with compassion and understanding of having a non working machine. The ladies did some troubleshooting too with no success. After a brief consultation with each other and checking my records, they decided to swap out mine for one they had on hand. What a relief ! I dreaded not receiving therepy for an extended period of time. Thank you so much, and looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight!
